


1 CANCELLATION. FHH are unable to provide Cancellation Insurance and this is not included in the rental. Therefore we strongly recommend that Holiday Insurance is taken out independently by the guest as once a deposit is taken the full balance will become payable on the due date.
2. NON-AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY. If for any reason the accommodation is not available the Owner will refund all monies, your deposit in full and will be under no further liability towards you.
3. FINAL PAYMENT. A deposit is taken to secure the booking. The balance is deducted on day of arrival.
4. PETS. Unless specifically stated in the brochure no pets are permitted in any of the properties. Where pets are allowed in certain properties, these are indicated in the brochure. They are accepted subject to their owner accepting liability for any damage they may do and on the condition that they will not be left unattended in the property. Pet owners are expected to bring suitable bedding for their animals. Any Guest who takes a pet into the property without permission or without notifying FHH in writing or on Proposal Form is in breach of Contract and the Owner of the property has the right to terminate the booking forthwith and to retain all monies paid by Guest.
5. DURATION AND TIMES OF LETTING. Properties are available from 3.00 pm. on the ‘Holiday Start Day’ until 10.00 am. ‘Holiday Finish Day’. These times must be strictly adhered to except by special arrangement in writing either with the Owner or FHH.
6. GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. The insurance does not generally exclude coverage in respect of pre- existing medical condition and it is not subject to age limits. However, claims are excluded where at the time of taking out this insurance:
(a) Care must be taken of the property and it must be left by the Guest in a clean and tidy state and all furniture returned to the place in which it was found on entry. The Owner and FHH reserve the right to reasonable access during the period of hire.
(b) Guest must report to FHH or the caretaker any damage or breakages that occur during their stay and appropriate charge will be made for repair or replacement.
(c) Guest will properly supervise at all times any infants or minors who will occupy the property with the Guest or be invited into the property by the Guest or any other adult in the Guest’s party.
7. BED LINEN. All properties are fully equipped, sheets and bed linen included.
8. The use of amenities provided by the Owners, such as swimming pools, swings, rowing boats etc. is entirely at the Guest’s and his/her parties risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injuries to persons or loss or damage to any belongings of persons who use them.
9. The Agents do not accept liability for any act, neglect or default on the part of the Owners or any other person not within their employ or otherwise under their control, nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the Tenants or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the letting. In addition, the Owner accepts no liability for loss of or damage to the Tenants’ possessions on the Owners’ property or land.
10.If keys are not returned to the office on day of departure a fee of £25 per key set will be charged
